Kristina Lee Halliwell Collins, also known as KallMeKris, is a Canadian social media personality, and former hairdresser, based in British Columbia. She is known for her skits that range from thirty seconds to a minute long. She began posting on TikTok in April 2020. As of January 2024, she has 50.6 million followers, making her the most-followed TikToker from Canada and the 27th overall.

In February 2023, Collins launched her own clothing brand, "Otto By Kris". Collins was a presenter for the 2023 Juno Awards[ where she helped promote Nickelback’s induction into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame. The awards ceremony took place on March 13, 2023. On May 5, 2023, it was announced that Collins would be starring in a web series titled, Ginormo!. The series was created by Ken Mok and Steven He and premiered on May 12, 2023. Collins was nominated for a Streamy award in the Comedy category for the 13th Annual Streamy Awards.

Collins is known for her recurring characters she created on TikTok with her most popular ones being Riley (a toddler character), Janet (Riley's fed up mom who's an alcoholic), Katrina, (Janet's Russian girlfriend and mother to Misha and Sergei) Nona, (Janet's mother), Chad (a lonely tryhard and babysitter of the kid characters), Bexx (an emo/grunge character), Amanda (a British Uber driver) and many more.
