Kamie Crawford

Kamie Crawford was crowned Miss Maryland Teen USA 2010 on November 1st, 2009, her first time competing on a pageant stage. She also received the Miss Photogenic award that night. On July 24, 2010, she made history as the first contestant from Maryland to win the title of Miss Teen USA 2010.

Currently residing and working in New York City, Crawford is a professional model with JAG Models, a pioneering agency for women of all sizes, and also works as a freelance on-air television host. She has hosted segments on major television networks including NBC Universal, Telemundo, BET, and more. Additionally, she regularly guest hosts on ABC News 8’s "CT Style" and was a host for People Magazine's daily show "People Style Tracks". Crawford can be seen on BET starring in the lifestyle docu-series "F In Fabulous".

Crawford graduated from Fordham University with a BA in Communications and Media Studies, with a concentration in Digital Media and Television Broadcasting. She continues her involvement in philanthropy, working with various charities and serving as a Global Ambassador for Same Sky, a women’s empowerment organization in Rwanda. Through this role, she supports employment and personal growth for HIV-positive women survivors of the 1994 Rwandan genocide. Additionally, Crawford is an advocate for anti-bullying and building self-confidence in young girls, inspired by her own experiences with bullying. She travels internationally, including trips to Cuba, Spain, and Portugal with the USO to visit U.S. military personnel. Crawford remains dedicated to promoting body positivity globally and furthering her impact as an entrepreneur with her lifestyle brand, NOX.
