Karen Gibbs

With more than two decades of business and financial experience, Karen Gibbs is a veteran business television anchor and correspondent. Her extensive career includes serving as a senior business correspondent for FOX Newschannel, where she contributed coverage to and occasionally anchored "Your World With Neil Cavuto" and appeared regularly on "Cavuto On Business." As an anchor at CNBC, she specialized in credit and futures markets and hosted "Money Wheel" and "Minding Your Business."

From 2002 to 2005, Gibbs co-anchored the popular weekly PBS business program, "Wall $treet Week With FORTUNE." Her expertise in financial reporting is complemented by her earlier role at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., where she spent 10 years as a vice president and senior futures strategist. During her time at the Chicago Board of Trade, she started as a board marker and eventually was part of the Office of Investigations and Audits.

In addition to her television and financial market roles, Gibbs founded The Gibbs Perspective, a company focused on educating and advocating for individual investors. Through her bi-weekly online column, she offers clear investment assessments and strategies for profiting in the current market.
