Kate Feather

Kate Feather is the Vice President of Culture & Engagement at Lincoln Financial Group.

Kate drives the strategic direction and implementation of enterprise-wide culture, recognition and engagement interventions for Lincoln Financial's 11,000+ employees. She also helps develop culture, recognition and employee engagement efforts that shape and shift LFG's culture, business strategy and employee experience aspirations.

Previously, she lead the customer experience transformation group at PeopleMetrics. In that role Kate acted as a strategic consultant on key accounts such as Christie’s Auction House, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, and Subaru of America. In addition, she lead all Research & Development projects, is a frequent speaker and contributor to publications on topics relating to the customer experience, and has developed and tested the Engagement Models that heavily inform our research.

Kate’s career in market research began in 1993. She has held research, consulting, and leadership positions in both the U.K. and U.S. Kate holds an MSc in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a BA (Hons.) in Psychology from Durham University in the U.K.

Outside of the office, her free time consists of entertaining her three children, Nat, Toby and Josie; and assisting her husband, Dom, with his video production business, making films and documentaries.
