She has trained in a wide array of industries, including retail, pharmaceutical, medical, financial, technology, healthcare, and government. Kathy’s specific areas of expertise include customer service, leadership, self leadership, organization development, and change management.

Kathy’s previous professional roles include working in the political arena in Washington, D.C., arranging media and speaking events for members of the Cabinet and Congress as well as other prominent officials. She is the coauthor of Blanchard’s customer service program, Legendary Service, and has coauthored many other Blanchard custom products for her clients.
