Kearn Cherry

Kearn Cherry is VP of Operations and co-owner of PRN Home Care, and co-founder and Director of the SUCCESS Women’s Conference, which inspires, connects, empowers and recharges professional women from across the United States each year.

Cherry maintains multiple degrees, including an A.A.S. in Occupational Therapy, has an owned and operated an established PRN Staffing and PRN Home Care company since 1997. As a business owner, Cherry believes that one should play an active part in their own community, and be a community leader. She has been involved with several Chambers of Commerce on the Gulf Coast, and has served on many boards and committees, including the Heart Association, Lighthouse BPW, Mental Health Association, Gulf Coast Symphony and more. Cherry has also created several organizations such as the Success Women's Conference, Blessed Gyrls Rock!, R.I.P.E. Conference, Senior Prom, and many more.

She is the host and executive producer of "Unwrinkled Heart Caregivers' Journeys", which address a wide range of issues that caregivers face on a daily basis, and is a co-author in two anthologies, Women Inspiring Nations Volume 2- "Success Must Be Taken" and "Unboxed". She announced her podcast "K Konnections" for Fall 2019 and another book collaboration for 2020.
