Kegan Fisher

Kegan Fisher has a passion to bring nascent technology to the leading edge of consumer product design. She is Co-Founder and CEO of Frank Darling, one of New York City's fastest-growing fine jewelry brands, known for their fresh take on diamond jewelry, focus on sustainable sourcing, and ease in buying custom engagement rings online.

A three-time founder with more than 10 years of experience in mass-customization and 3D printing, Fisher previously launched SOLS, a startup that utilized technology-driven solutions to print customized, corrective orthotic inserts. SOLS was acquired by Aetrex Worldwide. Prior to SOLS, Fisher was the Director of Industrial Engineering and Operations at Shapeways, where she helmed one of the world’s largest 3D printing factories. Earlier, she co-founded her first company, Design Glut, a boutique housewares company.

Fisher has been recognized on Forbes' and Inc.'s 30 Under 30, Crain's 40 Under 40 and Business Insider's 30 Most Important Women under 30 in Tech lists. Additional media coverage includes being featured in Wired, Blueprint, Mental Floss, New York Magazine, Huffington Post and Entrepreneur, among others.

Fisher actively works with design and hardware-focused founders. She serves as a mentor at Techstars and sits on the advisory board of Manucore and Harvard Ventures. She holds a B.S. in industrial design and manufacturing from the Pratt Institute.
