Following a distinguished 20-year career in the United States Marine Corps, he transitioned into ministry and is currently the Associate Pastor at Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia, where he oversees Connections and Major Events.
Bevel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering Technology from the University of Memphis and an MBA in Logistics Management from the Naval Postgraduate School.
