Ken Tucker

Ken Tucker is the CEO of Ken Tucker and Associates LLC and a Senior Partner at TAG Consulting. Previously, he was a managing consultant with The Gallup Organization, where he translated Gallup research discoveries into actionable strategies to enhance performance across various industries including financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing. His extensive consulting work has not only spanned multiple sectors but also various regions including the United States, Canada, South America, and the United Kingdom.

Since his time at Gallup beginning in 1999, Tucker has advised on the development of strengths-based organizations, promoted inclusiveness to drive sustainable business outcomes, and focused on leveraging individual strengths to boost per-person productivity. His approach encourages clients to critically assess their business strategies to foster both personal and organizational growth. Tucker is not only seasoned in transforming academic institutions but also in engaging with diverse business and civic audiences through compelling presentations that utilize a mix of teaching strategies, stories, and anecdotes.

Beyond his consulting roles, Tucker is a prolific author and speaker.
