Kenston Henderson Sr., founder and CEO of Live with Lyfe, LLC, is a dedicated motivational speaker, professional development facilitator, and group coach. Based in Columbus Ohio “Live with Lyfe’ s mission is to ignite, equip and empower the champion inside each individual, team and organization,” he states enthusiastically. Services offered by Live with Lyfe include training workshops, life and business coaching, keynote and motivational speaking. Henderson’s optimism for life and affinity for bringing out the best in people he has over 18 years in the human resource field with public, private, and non-profit entities. Henderson has recently joined the City of Columbus Center of Training & Development as a Training and Development Coordinator within the department of Human resources. In addition to his bachelor’s degree in technical education and training from The Ohio State University, he is a certified change agent, a certified John Maxwell team member, a musician, a trained relaxation therapist and most recently author of an Amazon’s Best Seller Parenting Like a Boss. Henderson has the necessary skills, outgoing personality, and upbeat nature to allow him to easily connect to individuals, groups and crowds.
