Kerry Goyette

Kerry Goyette is the founder and president of Aperio Consulting Group and Two Story. Aperio Consulting Group develops people analytics technologies, an emerging field dedicated to the analysis of employee and workforce data to reveal insights and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes. Goyette co-founded Two Story to build on the work of Aperio by merging ethical AI and machine learning solutions with workplace behavioral science.

Goyette is also a Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and Certified Forensic Interviewer with post-graduate studies in psychometrics. She has consulted and given keynotes for clients around the world, including the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Shell Oil, Houston Texans, Trinity Health and many others.

Goyette's insights have been featured in Harvard Business Review, TEDx, Fast Company, Inc., Entrepreneur, and elsewhere. She is the author of "The Non-Obvious Guide to Emotional Intelligence," which was selected as a best book by Forbes.
