Kevin Asbjornson

Kevin D. Asbjörnson, MIM is a professional educator, international performing artist, keynote inspirational speaker, and author, renowned for his expertise in global leadership, creativity and innovation in the workplace. His work emphasizes cultural competency and incorporates performing arts-based learning techniques.

He holds a Master of International Management (MIM) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, Bachelor of Arts-Cum Laude in International Studies & Business from the University of Nebraska-Omaha, and was Valedictorian of European Economics, Legal and Political Studies at the University of Vienna, Austria. Asbjörnson is a Certified Cultural Orientations Practitioner with TMC-Berlitz Cultural Consulting Group and holds various certifications including Hogan Assessments, and is a certified leadership coach with the Hogan Coaching Network.

His corporate background spans significant roles such as International Marketing Manager and Director-International Distribution at notable companies including American Express Financial Services and Hewlett-Packard. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of Inspire! Imagine! Innovate! – an international consortium of professional educators, performing artists, and inspirational facilitators dedicated to leadership and organizational innovation.

Asbjörnson also serves as Senior Faculty & Performing Artist in Residence at institutions such as the Center for Creative Leadership, Boeing Leadership Center, and IBM Learning Center. He has authored numerous articles on leadership and communication, and has produced seven CDs of original music along with the International Telly Award-winning DVD, "The Artistry of Leadership-Creating Meaningful Connections". His unique keynote program, "Artistry of Leadership--Creating Meaningful Connections", combines original piano music to enhance emotional intelligence and leadership skills, suitable for diverse audiences ranging from 25 to 3,000 participants in various formats including conferences and workshops.
