Kevin Bross Biography
Kevin Bross is an education consultant at Mindset Works, delivering professional development based on growth mindset research. He is also an achievement coach for the Anoka-Hennepin School District, a role he has been in since August of 2017. In 2022, Bross was named a top innovative teacher by TIME magazine for his work in implementing instructional rounds at Blaine (Minn.) High School.
Bross has worked for over two decades in public education in both urban and suburban school districts in the Minneapolis-St.Paul area as a teacher and instructional coach. He has worked with education leaders to develop a growth mindset culture in their schools to help students improve and grow as learners.
Bross’s passion for sharing growth mindset research stemmed from his experiences of watching students persevere and excel as a result of growth mindset interventions.
Bross holds a master's degree in education from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a bachelor's degree from St. Cloud State University.
