Kevin Kumler is the President at Virta Health. Kumler grew up in a healthcare family and brings over 20 years of experience in the business of healthcare. Named an "Up & Comer" by Modern Healthcare in 2017, he has spent the past decade focused on advancing healthcare through digital innovations. His passion for Virta’s mission is a personal one, having lost his father to complications from Type 2 diabetes in 2020.
Kumler has an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in Mathematics-Economics from Wesleyan University in Connecticut. He lives in New Jersey with his wife, who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Professor of Social work, and their three highly energetic children.
