Prior to founding The Quell Foundation, Lynch spent 17 years in the healthcare sector, holding positions in senior management teams. This experience provided him an in-depth understanding of the healthcare system, which he utilizes to address mental health issues more effectively. In addition, his 12 years of service with the United States Submarine Force have further honed his leadership skills, demonstrating his ability to adapt and lead in challenging environments.

Lynch's academic credentials include a master's degree in Health Policy and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lynn University.
