Kian is the Founder of The People, a Gen-Z consultancy powered by a global community of young changemakers. He is also an Advisor to UNFCCC and Agenda Contributor to the World Economic Forum.
For his contributions to marketing, he has been named one of the “Top 50 Future Leaders” by the Financial Times. Kian regularly writes about marketing through a Gen-Z lens for Forbes. He is deeply passionate about using the power of creativity for good.
Kian has worked with and consulted some of the world’s biggest brands including BBC, Unilever, Diesel, L’Oréal, Danone, Pentland Brands, Innocent Drinks, WPP and the United Nations to help them diversify and futureproof.
