Kimberly Davis

Kimberly Davis is an Entertainment Expert, Writer, Producer, Director, Radio Broadcaster, and TV personality with over 25 years of experience in the arts and entertainment industry. She is the Founder & CEO of Sarsaparilla Marketing and has worked with A-list celebrities such as Beyoncé, Andre Agassi, and Marc Jacobs. Davis has contributed to major media outlets including The BBC and Telegraph and has produced and presented pieces for "The Travel Show," which aired to 71 million people worldwide.

Davis delivered an inspirational TED talk titled "How The Arts Can Help You Achieve Anything" and customizes her talks using movie clips that resonate with the audience, covering various topics from leadership to innovation. She has performed on prestigious stages including New York's Carnegie Hall and London's O2 Arena, and is professionally trained in the performing arts. Davis incorporates interactive and improvisational elements into her talks and uses her unique methods to help Fortune 500 companies increase profits and performance by over 600%.

Davis holds a degree in Economics/Finance from Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, and has completed ARC International's Advanced Leadership Program and the Aspen Institute Executive Program. She co-founded Springboard, Partners in Cross-Cultural Leadership, a leadership education and consulting company committed to building strong leaders. She was active in developing Spelman LEADS, a leadership center at Spelman College focusing on leadership issues for Women of Color. Davis serves on the advisory boards of the University of Virginia/Darden Business School, the London Business School, and is a trustee of the Kenan Institute at the University of North Carolina/Chapel Hill. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC), Jack and Jill of America, and The Links, Inc.
