Kimberly Reed, CEO Trainer, Entrepreneur and Networking Guru, is the Managing Partner of her own Development Group. Reed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations from Westchester University and has been actively involved in community and professional organizations. Reed is also the author of the best-selling book "Optimists Always Win!" and a sought-after speaker on topics such as diversity, emotional intelligence, leadership, motivation, and business culture. Her career has been marked by accolades including the 2008 Young Leader Award from the Urban League and being the first and youngest African American nominated for the "HR Person of the Year Award" by The Society of Human Resource Management Philadelphia Chapter.
