Kit Hoover Biography
Kit Hoover is a television personality and host, known for her role as an Access Hollywood Live correspondent. The syndicated daily live show provides viewers with the latest celebrity dish, pop-culture, Hollywood happenings, and news.
Hoover made her television debut in 1995 as a cast member on the original season of MTV's Road Rules. Soon after she joined Fox News in 1999 as a correspondent for Fox Broadcasting Company's newsmagazine, FOX Files.
In 2003 Hoover went on to host ESPN2's Cold Pizza and also served as a guest judge on ESPN's reality contest, Dream Job. She served as a correspondent for TV Guide Channel from 2006-2008 and has appeared as a guest host on The View. From 2008-2009 she hosted TLC's lifestyle makeover series Real Simple, Real Life based on the magazine Real Simple. Hoover has also served as the host of Shaq Vs., a reality show starring Shaquille O'Neal, The Celebrity Name Game (2015-2016), and The Talk(2016-2017).
Hoover joined the Access Hollywood Live team in 2010 and has worked alongside various co-hosts, including Billy Bush and Scott Evans. A veteran television personality and broadcast journalist, Hoover offers an eclectic background and life experience with a fun, energetic personality.
Hoover received a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
