Kory Kogon is the Global Productivity Practice Leader and VP of Sales Enablement at Franklin Covey, and also serves as the Managing Director of the FranklinCovey All Access Pass™ Passholder Services. Her work is dedicated to enhancing productivity within individuals and fostering a culture of efficiency in teams and organizations. She is a co-author of several influential books, including the #1 Wall Street Journal bestseller "The 5 Choices: The Path to Extraordinary Productivity," "Project Management Essentials for the Unofficial Project Manager," and "Presentation Advantage."

With over 25 years of business expertise ranging from frontline roles to executive positions, Kogon has made significant contributions to every organization she has been part of. Before her current tenure at Franklin Covey, she was the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Operations at AlphaGraphics, Inc. In this role, she was pivotal in helping franchisees start their businesses, develop their staff, and achieve profitability. Her leadership was critical in the global implementation of ISO 9000 and the installation of the company's first worldwide global-learning system.
