Kristen Geez is a globally recognized Gen Z Enthusiast, Tech Innovator, and highly sought-after International Speaker and Professor with a mission to inspire and empower the next generation. As the founder and CEO of both Advising Generation Z and AdvisingGenz, Geez is leveraging technology to transform how we approach youth behavior, discipline, and personal accountability. Her Discipline Reimagined Initiative has impacted over 12,000 misguided youth, helping them shift from punitive measures to holistic, restorative practices that support behavioral change and personal growth.

With degrees from Wiley College and Wayland Baptist University, Geez is pursuing a Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership. Her ability to merge academic expertise with practical solutions makes her a thought leader in youth development, education, and organizational change.

Geez frequently appears on Fox, ABC, PBS, and international publications, sharing insights on Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and multigenerational workforce dynamics. She has also worked as a producer and on-screen host for educational content in partnership with national media brands like Cox Media.
