In the summer of 2011, I founded New Consumer Solutions LLC to pursue my passion for innovation and impacting lives. Within a year, I developed, launched and sold a technology which takes pictures of moles and analyzes their symptoms for skin cancer. Shifting focus back to leverage my background in Consumer Insights, I am tackling a huge problem that I experienced when at P&G.

During my tenure at P&G I worked on billion dollar brands, Gillette and Always, and expanding brands, like Old Spice, with the very unique opportunity to work on the Gillette business while still in the acquisition transition to P&G. In my role I delivered consumer driven innovation through strategic leadership while driving top-line, bottom line, and market share growth. Specific areas of focus were: •Developing and launching global brands with emphasis on the low income consumer in Emerging Markets •Uncovering consumer insights that shift strategy, drive innovation and grow brands •Integrating shopper and retailer insights and knowledge into product development and go to market executions •Uncovering white space consumer opportunities, leading a strategy change for the company around these opportunities, and selling the vision into top retailers •Using segmentations to drive portfolio, innovation, and channel strategy •Using consumer insights to identify top retailer growth opportunities influencing priorities and focus
