Kristina Ashley Williams

Kristina Ashley Williams is a leading voice in people cultures, strategic design, and futurist thinking in business. She is known for her experiential learning innovations specialized in interactive collaboration.

She currently serves as CEO of Unpacking, a gamified learning platform that shapes healthy workplace cultures by focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion for individuals and teams. Additionally, Williams is developing a real estate venture in Costa Rica named InfinityLand, which is a model of inclusive design featuring sustainability, accessibility, and tailored experiences for travelers of color.

As the great-great niece of Jackie Robinson, Williams's award-winning work is deeply rooted in her family's legacy. She has been recognized by an array of prestigious organizations and figures including Forbes, Beyonce, SXSW, the Aspen Institute, the NAACP, Techstars, TechCrunch, Jobs for the Future, and the Indie Lodging Congress.

She holds an M.S. in Integrated Design, Business, and Technology and an M.A. in Teaching Social Science, both from the University of Southern California, along with a B.A. in Sociology from Arizona State University. In her free time, Williams enjoys photography, learning the drums, and embracing the lifestyle of a digital nomad. She speaks on various topics such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, the Future of Work, the Future of Hospitality, Youth Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Startups, and Design Your Life.
