Krystianne Avedian

As a seasoned IT Executive, Krystianne brings an extensive knowledge and skillset to her professional work. She is a focused and results oriented individual with a record of outstanding performance, success and financial accountability. Her experience in the fast paced, highly competitive technical marketplace, globally, have served her well. She maintains strong consultative and collaborative skills complemented by a high energy level, keen interpersonal awareness, the ability to excel in communications across all levels, superior teamwork and leadership skills.

Krystianne has held senior management positions in Sales and Sales Operations at Ingram Micro, Professional Consulting and Global Alliance Management at Capgemini, Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and currently Krystianne is a Principal Executive at Capgemini focused on strategy, development, execution and GTM landing of a change management offer.

She holds a Masters of Business Administration from University of California, Irvine and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Business from Point Loma University.

Krystianne continues to stimulate positive action and is recognized as decisive and strategic thinker and a natural team builder. Krystianne’s Gallup StrengthFinder top 5 themes include Strategic, Connectedness, Competition, Ideation and Futuristic.

She is committed ad active in Diversity & Inclusion efforts established throughout her professional career focused primarily on LGBT and Gender topics. In 2003, while at Capgemini, she launched the first LGBT Employee Resource Group as well as acted as part of the Executive Council for the Women@Capgemini initiative. During her time with Hewlett Packard, Krystianne served as the Global Executive Sponsor for the PRIDE group @ HP in 2015.

Krystianne currently holds board positions for Lesbians Who Tech and HyeTech.

Her passions are spending time with her partner, Hilary and their dog, Lily as well a yoga, hiking and culinary/wine interests.
