LB Adams Biography
LB Adams is a TEDx Speaker and 2 times TEDx Emcee. She’s also a DisruptHR Speaker, former actor and shark-diving scuba instructor. She spent years in corporate America, and using the skills, the sass, and the strategies she learned in the theatre, was able to move up from the word processing center to an executive leadership position with a national bank.
As CEO of Practical Dramatics, she's connected theatre strategies and corporate training to bring bright, humorous, and engaging learning events to individuals and teams. Her fun and interactive “anti-PowerPoint” presentations give teams the skills necessary to build better conversations with everyone.
Adams's popular Zoom-based interview show, "Snack-Sized Business" can be viewed on YouTube and her bestselling book, “The Irreverent Guide to Spectacular Communication,” is available in print, digital and audio formats.
She is a transplanted New Yorker soaking up the sun outside of Charleston, SC and lives with her husband, daughter and Golden Retriever.
