LaFawn Davis is Chief People & Sustainability Officer at Indeed. She oversees an integrated People & Sustainability function focused on helping all Indeed employees grow and thrive while embedding equity and sustainability in everything Indeed does.
In her role, Davis oversees human resources, talent attraction and engagement, employee enablement, learning and development and people transformation teams. She also leads DEIB+, social and environmental impact, and responsible AI and technology teams.
Previously, Davis was Senior Vice President of ESG and Vice President of Inclusion at Indeed, where she expanded Indeed’s diversity & inclusion group to include equity and belonging. Before Indeed, Davis held HR, D&I and culture roles at Google, PayPal and Twilio.
Davis serves on the board of the World Wellbeing Movement and as an advisory board member of Lesbians Who Tech. LaFawn is also a limited partner in Operator Collective and an angel investor and fellow of the Black Venture Institute. She has been listed among Fortune’s Most Powerful Women, Entrepreneur’s 100 Women of Impact, and Fast Company’s Queer50.
