Laila Ali

Laila Ali is a world-class athlete, fitness & wellness advocate, TV host, home chef, and founder of the Laila Ali Lifestyle Brand. The youngest daughter of the late beloved global icon and humanitarian, Muhammad Ali, she is a two-time hall of famer and four-time undefeated boxing world champion, whose stellar record includes 24 wins, 21 of which were knockouts, and zero losses. Ali is heralded as the most successful female in the history of women’s boxing. In 2012, when women’s boxing was included in the Olympics for the first time, Ali was the first woman in history to provide expert commentary for NBC Sports.

Ali's enthusiasm for culinary arts is evident as she previously appeared twice on Food Network’s celebrity edition of “Chopped” and emerged victorious. Continuing her passion in the cooking space, Ali hosted the FYI Network food truck competition series “Late Night Chef Fight.” A guest on daytime shows such as Rachael Ray and The Chew, she’s also prepared her famous “oven baked fried chicken” on Steve Harvey’s daytime talk show. Ali is the host of OWN's Emmy award-winning series, “Home Made Simple” and the author of the best-selling cookbook, “Food For Life: Delicious & Healthy Comfort Food From My Table To Yours!” Her cookbook was inspired by her desire to offer healthier and more nutritious versions of favorite foods without compromising taste.

Driven by her passion for an active lifestyle, Ali shares her personal exercise routines, recipes, DIY ideas, and family tips on her lifestyle blog LailaAliLifestyle.com. Ali served as the three-time host of the televised ESPN Sports Humanitarian Awards, and recently launched YouPlenish, a nutrition supplements brand, along with her very own line of organic seasonings, Laila Ali Spice Blends.

Ali has been a dynamic voice and regular contributor for CBS Sports Network’s all-female sports commentary program, “We Need to Talk.” For multiple seasons, she hosted “Everyday Health” airing on ABC, was the past co-host of “American Gladiators,” and former host of “All-In With Laila Ali,” which aired on CBS. As past President of the Women’s Sports Foundation, Ali has been a staunch advocate for equality in professional sports and encourages young women to be confident, healthy, and strong through sports. She played a significant role in the 40th anniversary of Title IX, advocating for women’s rights in collegiate sports.

An active lifestyle advocate, Ali was the 2012 “Mombassador” for the Aquaphor New York City Triathlon, completing the competition in just over 3 hours. Ali also appeared in the feature film, “Falcon Rising” (2014), and reached the final round of ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” in 2007. Known for her powerful endorsements, Ali has partnered with major brands such as Subway, Kohl’s, Dannon’s Activia, and TJMAXX.

Dedicated to philanthropy, Ali supports charities like Feeding America, Children’s Hospital, and Peace 4 Kids. She collaborates with the American Dental Association to promote oral health for children and with the American Heart Association to raise awareness about heart disease and strokes.

Ali studied business management at Santa Monica College and enjoys life in Georgia with her husband, former NFL star and sports TV analyst, Curtis Conway, and their two children, Curtis Jr. and Sydney.
