Lane Johnson

Lane Johnson, a professional football offensive tackle, has established a successful career with the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). Drafted in 2013 as the No. 4 overall pick, Johnson has been a key asset to the Eagles. His exceptional performance has led to several accolades, including two times First-team All-Pro in 2017 and 2022 and six times Pro Bowl selection between 2017 and 2024. A significant milestone in his career was winning the Super Bowl twice (LII and LIX) and being named to the AP All-Pro Teams in January 2022. Johnson set a formidable NFL record of not allowing a sack in 26 consecutive games as reported on December 11, 2022.

Johnson opened up about his struggles with anxiety and depression in 2021 and aims to help further the conversation about mental health with professional athletes. He co-created the OL Masterminds Summit with his friend and OL guru Duke Manyweather in 2018. The annual meeting brings together OLs from the NFL and college to discuss the technical and mental aspects of their craft, invest in each other, and advance OL appreciation.

Johnson's talents extend beyond football, as evidenced by his involvement in music and wrestling. He formed a vocal group called The Philly Specials with teammates, releasing multiple Christmas albums, including "A Philly Special Christmas" in 2022, which found success on the Billboard charts. The album was an instant success, gaining national attention and raising over $1.25 million for local charities in the Philadelphia area. Johnson also supported Waterboys through the NFL’s My Cause My Cleats initiative in 2022. The organization works to provide clean, accessible drinking water to communities in need. Has also represented Merging Vets & Players and Feherty’s Troops First Foundation through MCMC. His diverse interests led to him making a debut at WrestleMania 40 in April 2024.
