Lareina Yee

Lareina Yee is the Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at McKinsey & Company, where she also serves as the global leader of the firm’s Technology Hardware and Services Practice. In this role, she advises companies on growth-driven technology strategies, helping them harness innovation for above-market success. As Chair of McKinsey’s Technology Council and head of the Alliances and Ecosystems practice, Yee examines how technological advancements reshape industries and our daily lives. She regularly publishes influential research, including McKinsey’s annual Technology Trends Outlook and The CEO’s Guide to Generative AI, offering insights into long-term technology shifts and their economic implications.

A highly regarded thought leader on digital disruption and sales growth, Yee is a sought-after speaker, engaging audiences at premier conferences like Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Summit, the Makers Conference, and the Women’s Forum in France.
