Latasha Morrison

Latasha Morrison is a bridge-builder, reconciler, and a compelling voice in the fight for racial justice. With over 20 years of experience, she not only brings passion to social justice issues across the globe, but also a deep expertise in creating change for individuals, families, and communities.

Morrison has shared her message at numerous events, including IF:Gathering, Justice Conference, Youth Specialties, Catalyst, Orange Conference, MOPS International, and Barna's State of Pastors Conference. Skilled in developing impactful programs combining administrative, organizational, motivational, and communication skills to create strong community relations.

With a strong commitment to racial reconciliation among all ethnicities, Morrison strives to promote racial unity in America and develop others to do the same. In 2016, she founded Be the Bridge to equip ambassadors of racial reconciliation. This organization now boasts over 1,000 sub-groups across five countries and a Facebook community with over 20,000 members.

In 2017, Morrison was recognized by Ebony magazine as one of their Power 100 for her work as a community crusader, and was chosen as one of five worldwide Facebook Community Leaders in Residence the following year. Her first book, "Be the Bridge", was released in October 2019, and her following book "Brown Faces, White Spaces" was published in May 2024.
