Leigh Hafrey is a senior lecturer in the Behavioral and Policy Sciences at Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. His 2005 book The Story of Success delves into how people use story to articulate ethical norms. Since the mid-1990s, Hafrey has moderated numerous seminars for the Aspen Institute and its international affiliates. He has taught courses in communication at the Harvard Business School, Arthur D. Little’s Management Education Institute, and at MIT. Since 1992, Hafrey has also worked in professional ethics, with a focus on ethics and management, teaching courses and consulting with professional groups in medicine, architecture, law, and business, in the US and abroad. Hafrey has published book translations from French and German and has contributed to numerous publications. He is a former staff editor of The New York Times Book Review.
