Leo Babauta is a simplicity blogger and author. He created Zen Habits, a blog on developing good habits with a million readers. He’s also a bestselling author, having written books including "The Power of Less," "Zen to Done," "The Simple Guide to a Minimalist Life," and "Zen Habits: Mastering the Art of Change."
Babauta is also a Zen student and he is on a mission to help the world open through uncertainty training.
He started Zen Habits to chronicle and share what he’s learned while changing a number of habits, including quitting smoking, running several marathons, waking up early, eliminating his debt, and becoming vegan. While Babauta is not formally an expert on habit-forming, he is living proof of the benefits of changing one's habits for the better, and he has a wealth of knowledge gained through his personal experiences.
Babuata, who was born and raised in Guam, currently lives in San Diego, California. He is a husband and is the father of six children.
