Lindsey Chrismon

Originally from Montville, N.J., Lindsey Danilack Chrismon knew from age 11 she wanted to go to West Point. Before her senior year at the United States Military Academy at West Point she was named Brigade Commander and First Captain of the United States Corps of Cadets for the 2013-2014 academic year; only the fourth female to hold this position in the history of the academy. In addition to being First Captain, she was the captain of the Women’s Track and Field team where she completed in the heptathlon, pentathlon and the 400m intermediate hurdles. Business Insider named her one of the 12 most Incredibly Impressive Students to Graduate College in 2014 and she was featured in a New York Times article, Women of West Point.

From 2016-2018 she served at her first duty station, Fort Bliss, TX, where she flew the AH-64D Apache helicopter. In 2018 Chrismon assessed for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment. She was favorably selected to fly the AH-6M Little Bird, making her the first female AH-6M pilot in U.S. Army history. She served as a Platoon Leader in B/1-160th with a follow-on assignment as a Special Missions Unit Liaison Officer. In 2019, Chrismon married her best friend, Gabe, and in 2020 he moved to TN where Chrismon was stationed. They now called Nashville home.

Chrismon separated from the military after nearly a decade of service in November of 2023 and is currently pursuing her MBA at Harvard Business School. She is also serving on the Board of Directors at Smart With a Heart, the first organization in America

While at HBS, she and Gabe co-founded MyHome, an AI-driven platform that will revolutionize home maintenance management by streamlining and predicting maintenance tasks for homeowners.
