Before establishing Strativity Group, Arussy held executive roles at companies such as Hewlett-Packard. He has improved customer satisfaction for top brands including Mercedes-Benz, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Thomson Reuters, HSBC, E.ON, FedEx, SAP, University of Pennsylvania, and Johnson & Johnson. Arussy completed his undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University and received his MBA from Weatherhead School of Management.
