Lisa Bonet

Lisa Bonet is an Emmy Award-nominated American actress with a career spanning more than four decades in film and television. After studying acting at the Celluloid Actor's Studio in North Hollywood, Bonet secured the role of Denise Huxtable on "The Cosby Show," portraying the second-oldest child of Cliff and Clair Huxtable. She received a nomination for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her work on the show and later reprised the role in the first season of the spinoff series "A Different World."

Bonet expanded her range by taking on the role of Epiphany Proudfoot in the American neo-noir psychological horror film "Angel Heart," performing in scenes that contrasted sharply with her television work.
