A social impact leader of international renown, Lisa’s 10+ years of mission to equip the next generation of women has seen her work impact thousands of high school and college-aged girls all over the world spanning across 15 countries and over 400 educational institutions.

At Boss Beauties, Lisa has grown the brand to highlight & celebrate women through global collaborations with household names such as Barbie, Rolling Stone, Marvel, Neiman Marcus, NASDAQ, the New York Stock Exchange, NARS Cosmetics, and the United Nations. She successfully drove the company to earn exclusive representation through iconic talent agency William Morris Endeavor to strategically scale the Boss Beauties brand across film, television, digital platforms, gaming, publishing, and more.

A staunch advocate of women’s access to capital, Lisa has also raised venture capital for Boss Beauties through the backing of Offline Ventures, Board Member Randi Zuckerberg, Serena Ventures, Female Founders Fund, and global advertising agency Wieden+Kennedy.

Her work has been featured in Forbes, AdAge, Fortune, People, ELLE, and Bloomberg Live, along with gaining recognition from Apple, Verizon & Amazon. Lisa continues to fight to improve the lives of future generations of women through mentorship activations and collaborations.
