Lital Marom

Lital Marom is a thought leader of agile business processes and digital transformation. As Founder and President of UNFOLD, a global design and innovation firm, she is an expert at helping organizations unlock the potential of their business by leveraging emerging technologies and new business models. She inspires and guides business leaders to “disrupt themselves,” think BIG, and act FAST so they will push beyond their limitations to future-proof their business.

Marom got her start building computer systems for companies in Israel and Europe, before advancing to lead global sales and strategy for Fortune 100 teams across three continents. Since then, she has lived in ten countries and founded four companies of her own, including UNFOLD, and the leadership and development institute The Academy of Tomorrow. She applies her extensive experience working closely with executive teams on large digital transformation projects to leading recurring Master Classes at Spark Institute, IBS Business School and Singularity University.

A frequent lecturer and sought-after keynote speaker, Marom has spoken on digital transformation, new economies of scale, and the future of work at TED and a long list of industry conferences, including MEF, IAB, GSM, Mobile World Congress Asia, CIMC, NAB and iHollywood. She holds a Computer Science degree from Reichman University, studied investment banking at NYU’s Stern School of Business as well as Transformative Strategies and Artificial Intelligence at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and is a fellow of THNK School of Creative Leadership.
