Lorraine Pascale

Lorraine Pascale is a British chef, television personality, and former model, best known for her work in the culinary world and her cookbooks. Born in London, Pascale was adopted at a young age, growing up in Witney, Oxfordshire. She began her career as a model in the 1990s, gaining international recognition by working with top fashion brands such as Chanel, Versace, and Donna Karan. However, after nearly a decade in the fashion industry, she sought a new path and shifted her focus to culinary arts.

Pascale attended Leiths School of Food and Wine and went on to study at Thames Valley University, honing her skills as a chef. In 2011, she landed her own BBC cooking show, "Baking Made Easy," which was followed by other successful programs such as "Home Cooking Made Easy" and "Lorraine’s Fast, Fresh and Easy Food." Known for her approachable and healthy recipes, Pascale quickly became a household name in the UK and beyond. Pascale also authored several best-selling cookbooks, including "Baking Made Easy" and "A Lighter Way to Bake," which showcased her passion for nutritious yet indulgent meals. Additionally, she has served as a judge on popular cooking shows like "MasterChef UK: The Professionals" and "Spring Baking Championship" in the US.

Pascale is a licensed psychotherapist and an advocate for mental health awareness who is studying for her Doctor of Psychology and Psychotherapy degree at Metanoia Institute. Fueled by her own experiences in foster care and her work with related charities -- including being an ambassador for TACT Fostering -- she is researching how early attachments influence our relationships. Her aim: to help people strengthen their psychological self-awareness to become more effective and fulfilled in leadership roles.
