Luke Ridnour is a former professional basketball player known for his steady playmaking and sharpshooting as a point guard. Born on February 13, 1981, in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, he played college basketball at the University of Oregon, where he was a standout player and earned Pac-10 Player of the Year honors in 2003. Ridnour was selected 14th overall in the 2003 NBA Draft by the Seattle SuperSonics and went on to have a 12-year NBA career. He played for several teams, including the Milwaukee Bucks, Minnesota Timberwolves, and Orlando Magic, contributing as a reliable floor general and perimeter shooter. Ridnour retired from professional basketball in 2015 and has since focused on his family and personal endeavors.
