Lynn Mento joined AARP in December 2006 as Director of Membership Development. She was promoted to Vice President in early 2008, and then to Senior VP/Membership Development and Member Experience shortly after. Lynn manages a team today responsible for the acquisition, engagement and renewal of the 37 million member base, the 'customer experience' for our members, the development of strategic initiatives to help drive the 'health' of the association, and the association-wide segmentation and 50+ insights work.
