Lynn Stith Bennett

Lynn has more than 35 years of experience in construction, beginning her career as a Field Clerk before rising to an executive leadership position. Lynn champions the company’s culture to foster innovation and collaboration and provide opportunities for career development and growth. She is responsible for the strategic direction and organizational health of the company, where we are going and how we will get there. Her specialties include Organizational Health, Culture, Building Teams, and Change Management.

Lynn is the immediate Past President of CREW DC, incoming Chair of the Board of Directors for Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Metro Washington, serves on the ABC National Board of Directors and the ABC Craftmasters Board of Trustees. As part of her role with ABC, she provides Executive Committee oversite on Legislative and Political Action matters addressing the workforce needs of our industry. Her professional certifications include Designated Design-Build Professional™, LEED AP BD+C, and OSHA certifications in both Construction Safety & Health and Occupational Safety & Health.

She has been recognized by several industry associations for her leadership, including the Dedication and Commitment Award from Prince George’s County Small Business Initiative (SBI) in 2009, the Willow Award for Career Achievement from ABC Chesapeake in 2010, the Corporate Leadership Award from CREW DC in 2016, and was recently named a Women Who Mean Business honoree by the Washington Business Journal in 2020.
