Marcia Wieder

Speaker, author, and CEO of Dream University, Marcia Wieder has delivered inspiring talks and workshops for over three decades. She has appeared multiple times on "Oprah" as "The Passion Expert," and on "The Today Show," as well as ABC-TV's "Hot Authors." Her PBS-TV national show, "Making Your Dreams Come True," shares its name with one of her popular books, which has been translated into numerous languages. Wieder is also the founder and leader of The Meaning Institute, a modern-day Mystery School, emphasizing her deep commitment to personal and professional growth.

For 12 years, Wieder owned and operated her own marketing business based in the National Press Building in Washington, DC, growing it to a $3 million company with 14 employees. Her business acumen earned her numerous awards including the SBA's Women in Business Advocate of the Year and the Chivas Regal Entrepreneur of the Year Award. While serving as President of the National Association of Women Business Owners, she engaged with former Presidents Jimmy Carter, Ronald Reagan, and George Bush, Sr. at the White House, where her insights were highly regarded.

Wieder currently contributes to the Huffington Post and has served as a columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle. She has taught at Stanford's Business School and is actively involved with non-profits, having served on boards for Make-A-Wish and the Unstoppable Foundation, where her efforts supported the construction of 14 schools in Kenya.
