Author of 4 books, including "Espirito Empreendedor nas Organizacoes" (4th ed) and active researcher in the fields of Corporate Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Education and Gender studies in Entrepreneurship, with numerous international papers published. Founded 3 companies with one successful exit and 1 social organization.
18 years experience in large American Corporations in Brazil, including Citibank and Cargill. Founded the Entrepreneurship Center at Insper (top 2 Business School in Brazil) and EAESP/FGV (best Business school in Brazil).
Hashimoto turns complex entrepreneurship theories like Effectuation, Self-Efficacy, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Lean Startup or Business Models, into easy-to-understand TED-like talks, with inspirational stories and insightful examples from his 30 plus years of experience in both worlds.
