Margo Downs helped develop the people and culture strategy at three iconic consumer brands including "Lululemon," "Starbucks," and "StitchFix." Most recently, she served as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Stitch Fix where she scaled the company from 50 to 7000 employees while fostering a culture grounded in authenticity. She also supported the company in successfully transitioning from private to public.
Prior to her tenure at Stitch Fix, Downs led the People Potential team at "Lululemon" from 2010-2014, a period during which the brand achieved significant revenue growth. She also held several key roles at "Starbucks," including head of HR for Starbucks Canada and Vice President of Global Learning. Throughout her career, she has been committed to creating strong and inclusive organizational cultures that reflect and enhance both brand and business strategies.
Currently based in San Francisco, CA, Downs is actively advising early-stage companies and coaching entrepreneurs and HR leaders, leveraging her extensive experience to help them cultivate impactful cultures and business strategies.
