Marilu Henner

With a diverse career spanning from stage to screen, actress Marilu Henner has starred in seventy-eight films, seven Broadway shows, and two classic sitcoms, "Taxi" and "Evening Shade." A five-time Golden Globe nominee, Henner has also authored ten books on health, parenting, memory, and lifestyle improvement, with titles such as "Marilu Henner's Total Health Makeover" and "Healthy Life Kitchen," both of which are New York Times Best Sellers.

Henner has hosted and executive produced her own nationally syndicated talk shows ("Marilu" and "Shape Up Your Life") as well as her own radio show, "The Marilu Henner Show." She is one of only twelve people documented with Highly Superior Autobiographical Memory (HSAM), a unique ability that allows her to recall the minutest details of her life. This rare condition has made her the subject of a segment on CBS's "60 Minutes" and other international media. She also served as a consultant on the CBS series "Unforgettable" for all four seasons.

In addition to her acting and writing, Henner is a prominent speaker on a variety of health and wellness topics, particularly focusing on women's health. She has spoken before Congress on a variety of subjects including women’s cardiovascular disease, The Child Nutrition Reauthorization Act, US Dietary Guidelines, and funding for Alzheimer’s.

Henner recently wrapped productions of “Noises Off” at Bucks County Playhouse, "“The Journals of Adam and Eve” with Hal Linden in New York, and "Madwomen of the West" in London. She co-stars with Candace Cameron Bure in the Hallmark Murders and Mysteries series “Aurora Teagarden.”
