Mark Bertolini

Mark Bertolini is a prominent figure in the health insurance industry. He is the current CEO of Oscar Health, a company recognized for its tech-driven approach. Prior to his role at Oscar Health, Bertolini was a key player at Aetna, a diversified healthcare benefits company listed in the Fortune 50, where he served as CEO. Under his guidance, Aetna transitioned from a traditional health insurance company to a consumer-oriented health care provider focused on integrated, holistic care.

Bertolini's business acumen extends beyond the healthcare sector. He acted as the co-CEO of Bridgewater Associates, one of the world's most successful hedge funds, and served on its Operating Board of Directors. His leadership influence also extended to the company's Internal Board where he acted as an Independent Director since 2019. Following CVS Health's acquisition of Aetna, valued at $69 billion, Bertolini accepted a Director role at CVS Health Corporation.
