Mark Normand

Mark Normand is a stand-up comedian and actor based in New York. Normand launched his career in stand-up comedy in 2006 and has since gained recognition with a one-hour Comedy Central special, "Don’t Be Yourself," and a half-hour special on the same network's "The Half Hour" in 2014. Additionally, he has appeared on TBS’s "Conan" six times, "The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon," "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," and Showtime’s "Live at SXSW." In 2012, Mark Normand was featured on John Oliver's "New York Stand-Up Show" on Comedy Central, and the year prior, was named one of Comedy Central’s "Comics to Watch." He has also acted in "Inside Amy Schumer" and "Horace and Pete."

In terms of his accolades, Normand clinched first place at the Great American Comedy Festival competition and Caroline’s March Madness competition in 2013. He was also voted Village Voice’s “Best Comedian of 2013." As a testament to his comedic talent, Normand regularly performs at comedy clubs and colleges across the country, participating in a number of festivals including the Bridgetown Comedy Festival and Just for Laughs in Montreal. He has also co-hosted the weekly podcast "Tuesdays with Stories" with Joe List since 2013 and "We Might be Drunk" with Sam Morril.

As a recording artist, Normand has released a series of albums with Comedy Central records, starting with “Still Got It” in 2014, followed by "Don't Be Yourself" in 2017, "Out to Lunch" in 2020, and "Soup to Nuts" in 2023.
