Mark Schaefer

Mark W. Schaefer is a globally-recognized educator, business consultant, and author. Now Executive Director of U.S.-based Schaefer Marketing Solutions, he has worked in global sales, public relations, and marketing for over 30 years. Schaefer teaches marketing courses at Rutgers University and has authored six best-selling marketing books, including "The Tao of Twitter," "KNOWN," "Marketing Rebellion: The Most Human Company Wins," "Social Media Explained," "Return on Influence," and "Born to Blog."
