Matt Walsh

Matt Walsh is the founder of Green Stone, a design consultancy focused on crafting meaningful value through design. At Green Stone, Matt leads a team of passionate strategists and creatives who believe that "Modern Loyalty" should not be bought through advertising or giveaways, but earned through extraordinary experiences that connect people deeply with products and brands. This philosophy drives their approach to helping institutions and companies deliver authentic and impactful value to their audiences.

Prior to founding Green Stone, Matt led the Experience Design department at Crispin Porter + Bogusky (CP+B), where he focused on reinventing marketing across various platforms, including web, mobile, gaming, digital signage, and interactive retail environments. During his tenure at CP+B, he developed groundbreaking digital initiatives for major clients like Best Buy, Volkswagen, Burger King, Microsoft, Gap, Domino's, Old Navy, Kraft, Coke Zero, Miller Lite, and American Express OPEN, earning recognition from top award shows, such as Cannes, the Clios, LIAA, the WebAwards, and the One Show.

Before joining CP+B, Matt spent significant years at R/GA, where he was instrumental in creating award-winning sites for Nike, including NikeID.com, NikeGridiron.com, and NikeRunning.com. He also served as a gaming consultant for clients such as Target, Bank of America, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, and Verizon, which solidified his reputation as a leader in interactive marketing and design.

Matt holds an M.P.S. from the Interactive Telecommunications Program at NYU and a B.B.A. in Marketing from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame. He also co-founded Morel, where he continues to leverage his creative insight and strategic thinking to drive innovation and create extraordinary experiences that resonate with people and communities.
