Meggie Palmer is on a mission to close the gender pay & leadership gap. What started as a side hustle has grown into a thriving global business with a strong community of 60,000 aspirational, professional womxn. She has been featured in Vogue, Forbes, NBC, and more.

Palmer partners with Employers of choice, helping them recruit, retain and promote top talent. She is a Tory Burch Fellow & was the recipient of a grant from Sara Blakley's Spanx Foundation.

Palmer founded PepTalkHer after her own experience of inequality during her time as a journalist.

Palmer built the free PepTalkHer App & launched it as a Vogue event in 2019. She serves on several boards and is a passionate angel investor. She focuses on tech businesses and teams with female and/or under represented founders.

In her former life, Palmer was a foreign correspondent. She spent more than a decade working as a journalist for BBC World, CNBC & Dateline. Her films won New York Festival TV & Film Awards, UN Media Awards, a Walkley Award & a Logie nomination.

Palmer lectures at Columbia University & Barnard College on negotiation & confidence. She also speaks globally at events like Dreamforce, Vogue Codes & Nico Rosberg’s Greentech In Berlin. She writes features & opinion pieces for Vogue, Marie Claire, NewsCorp, Women's Agenda on equality & negotiation.

Before founding PepTalkHer, Palmer was VP Business Development & Content Partnerships for the Financial Times, working with brands like Barclays & IBM to create high impact content for C Suite Executives.

She is a proud Aussie who now calls NYC home.
